To Make a Booking
Many thanks for your interest in booking the Stable Cottage for your holidays. We are sure you will enjoy the cottage, gardens, farm and the surrounding area as much as we do.
We offer both week-long bookings and short break bookings in the Stable Cottage.
7 nights from Saturday. Prices start at £350 per week.
Short breaks also available off-peak.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Provisional bookings will be held for seven days and confirmed when a non- refundable deposit payment of thirty percent of the rental price has been cleared. The remaining balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
For bookings made within 4 weeks of the commencement of the holiday, full payment is required.

If you cancel your holiday within 4 weeks of the commencement date, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If successful, the balance payment will be refunded. You are advised to seek insurance against this event.
The Cottage and Property:
The Stable Cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10:30am on departure day.The cottage is furnished and let to a maximum number of four people and this number must not be exceeded.We operate a no-smoking policy in the cottage. No pets allowed.Power, central heating oil, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. A starter pack and one basket of logs will be provided. Additional logs available at an extra cost.
All personal belongings are at owners risk.
Guests are fully responsible for the cottage during their stay. Please take care with the property and report any damage or breakages to the owner, so that replacements or repairs can be carried out. Guests are liable for any loss incurred to the property or its contents.
The property must be left in the same state of cleanliness and repair in which it is found. On receipt of your holiday deposit you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions.
